Telephone assistance during working hours (Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to
18h)
On-site assistance in 24 hours. from the receipt of the incident notice
during working hours (Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm)
TecnoVision remote supervision / optional

OPTIONAL SERVICES:
On-site assistance 24h/365 days
• Permanent attention by email, indicating name and
contact phone number.
• Displacement technician on duty to the location of the team within the
24 hours after receipt of the notice of incident from Monday to Sunday.
