Magnetic Detectors
Magnetic detectors are one of the basic perimeter protection devices. They serve to protect doors, windows, etc., reacting to their opening. The S-4 detector is designed for mounting on surfaces using screws, for example on a window or door frame. The S-4 detector is composed of two parts placed in aesthetic boxes: magnetic reed switch sensor and magnet. Moving one part away from the other will cause the sensor circuit to open, which will be signaled as a violation. The detector is equipped with a tamper contact and an M terminal that facilitates the mounting of the EOL end-of-line resistor.

The S-4 detector can interact with any alarm center equipped with NC inputs, as well as with automation systems as a control element. The S-4 detector meets the Grade 2 requirements defined in EN 50131-1 and EN 50131-2-6.

The device is available in two colors: white (S-4) and brown (S-4 BR).
