This cable tray from the Asomep OtobeRack ARSPRO series is a critical component for maintaining network integrity and airflow within high-density racks (40U - 42U). Its design is intended for "Zero-U management," allowing for the organization of large volumes of cabling without occupying horizontal mounting space.

Height Compatibility: Designed specifically for 42U cabinets, but adaptable to 40U racks thanks to its perforation pattern.

Material: Galvanized steel sheet. This not only offers high durability against corrosion but also contributes to the electrical continuity (grounding) of the rack.

Perforation Design: Features a "wire pass-through" pattern (notches or slots) that allows the use of Velcro or plastic cable ties at multiple points, ensuring that cables are not subjected to excessive tension.

Mounting and Space Restrictions:

Must be mounted on the inside face of the depth profile. There is no physical space between the profile and the rack's side panel.

Due to the extra space (100 mm per side), it allows for much more flexible cable management, ideal for fiber optic or thick copper trunking.

Advantages of the ARSPRO Series
Thermal Optimization: By keeping cables flush against the sides and organized vertically, obstructions to the hot air exhaust from the servers are avoided, reducing hot spots.

Bend Radius Protection: The smooth design and rounded edges of the galvanized steel prevent micro-cuts in the network cable jacket (Cat6A/7) and protect the bend radius of the fiber optic cable.

Security: Includes the complete mounting kit (screws and fixings), ensuring the tray is rigidly attached to the rack chassis, supporting the weight of heavy cable bundles.

Usage Recommendation: If you are working in a data center with a high density of patch cords, I recommend installing one tray on each side: one for data cabling and another for power cables (PDUs), thus maintaining separation from electromagnetic interference.
